Delivery Policy

Subjects of application

Authentique’s delivery policy is applicable to all customers who purchase Authentique products through online channels including Authentique website or through our Instagram or Facebook pages.

Form of transportation

1. Domestic delivery

1.1. Scope of application

– Domestic delivery package is applicable to all orders shipped within Vietnam.

1.2. Transport fee

    – Inner Ho Chi Minh City:

Free shipping for orders from VND 2,000,000

For orders under 2,000,000 VND, shipping fee of 30,000 VND will apply

    – Outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City (Districts of Binh Chanh, Cu Chi, Nha Be, Hoc Mon, Can Gio): transportation fee of 40,000 VND applies

    – In other provinces, the shipping fee will vary depending on the weight of the order and the destination of goods. The specific delivery fee will be announced via order confirmation email from an Authentique staff.

1.3. Delivery time

    – Inner Ho Chi Minh City: 1-2 days since the order is confirmed.

    – Out of Ho Chi Minh City: 2-3 days since the order is confirmed.

    – Other provinces: 3-7 days since the order is confirmed.

Note: Delivery time may be earlier or longer due to traffic conditions, weather, and distance from pick up to delivery.

2. International delivery

1.1. Scope of application

– The international delivery package is applicable to all orders shipped outside of Vietnam.

1.2. Transport fee

– Shipping fee will vary depending on the weight of the order and the destination of goods. The specific delivery fee will be announced via order confirmation email from an Authentique staff.

1.3. Delivery time

Delivery time will vary depending on order weight and destination. The estimated delivery time will be notified via order confirmation email from Authentique staff.

After the shipping side provides the tracking code, Authentique staff will send the customer this code via email to help track orders of both sides more smoothly.

Notes on receipt of goods

    – Customers please check the product on the spot before paying (if any) to the delivery staff. Please check the invoice, the quantity of goods and the condition of the goods (tear on fabric, cracks on pottery, wrong color model, ..). If you find an abnormality, the customer can refuse to receive the goods and immediately contact AUTHENTIQUE’s Customer Service for support (email: info@authentiquehome.com)

– If the delivery address is not clear, or in dangerous places, dangerous mountainous areas, difficult transportation, Authentique reserves the right to refuse transportation or direct delivery. Authentique looks forward to hearing from our customers.

– In cases of force majeure, natural disasters, floods, ferry bridge failure …, Authentique is not responsible for compensating damages arising from improper delivery of goods or not transporting goods to locations such as agreed with the customer.

– For heavy and bulky products that need to be transported upstairs without an elevator, customer assistance should be requested in delivery.

– During special days or Festivals due to limited general traffic policy (no road for some vehicles …) delivery time may change, Authentique will contact customer to confirm most on time delivery.

    – Authentique will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage to the goods during the shipment from AUTHENTIQUE warehouse to the customer.

    – After customers have signed to receive goods without making notes or comments on the goods. AUTHENTIQUE is not responsible for the request of return due to damage, scratches, breakage, wrong goods … from customers later.

    – In case of delayed delivery without prior notice, the customer can refuse to receive the goods and AUTHENTIQUE will refund the full amount paid by the customer (if any) within 14 working days.
